The strength element of the program is a 3-day, concurrent lower/upper/full-body training split designed to develop several physical qualities at once and turn you into an athletic specimen. To maximise adaptations the program works in waves, giving different physical qualities more or less focus. This allows progress to be made in strength, power, muscular endurance and speed whilst ensuring adequate recovery.
There are 3-days of conditioning and mobility work, bringing the total training days to six per week. These sessions cover sprints, threshold/tempo work and endurance to ensure you build a robust and complete cardiovascular engine. The mobility sessions will look to build full-body mobility at every joint and will directly complement the week's training.
