Is this really free?
Yes! There’s no catch. I offer this to help golfers move and perform better.
What happens in the session?
We assess your mobility, stability, and movement patterns to pinpoint areas limiting your golf swing. After the assessment you'll receive a comprehensive report detailing exactly what you need to work on.
What if I want more training after the session?
I offer 1:1 coaching at Five Iron and remote coaching programs. If you're interested, we can discuss options that fit your schedule and goals.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just wear comfortable athletic clothes and be ready to move!
